Who we are
Revclust is operated by ASTROSCEND LIMITED.
Company number 16462494. Registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE.
The agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of Revclust. By accessing or using Revclust, you agree to these terms.
These terms, together with our Privacy and Cookie Policy and Data Processing Addendum, form the Revclust agreement.
Using Revclust
Revclust is a business service. You may use it only through access we provide or approve, and only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
You must not try to bypass access controls, share access outside the people your organization has authorized, interfere with the service, or use Revclust in a way that is unlawful or abusive.
Trials, pilots, and early access
We may provide Revclust through free, discounted, or paid trials, pilots, beta access, or other early access arrangements. The scope, duration, access details, supported app or flow, and any commercial terms may be set out in the pilot or access details we provide, including by email or other written confirmation.
Unless we agree otherwise, a free managed pilot is limited to one supported iOS/Android app and one initial flow for 45 days from the date we provide access. Continued or expanded use after that period requires paid continuation or another arrangement approved by Revclust.
Pilot and beta access is provided on an as is and as available basis. We may change, limit, suspend, or end pilot or beta access at any time.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and content you submit through Revclust, for keeping your access secure, and for making sure you have the right to upload, share, or ask us to host that content.
If you use Revclust on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for making sure your use is authorized by that organization.
Customer content and our role
You keep your rights in the content you submit to Revclust. Revclust and its licensors keep their rights in the service, site, viewer, documentation, and related materials.
Where your organization asks Revclust to host incident packs and related handoff content, we may access, store, retrieve, render, and delete that content as needed to provide the service, support the workspace, and carry out the applicable offboarding or deletion process.
Availability and changes
We may update, limit, suspend, or remove parts of Revclust where needed to operate the service, address problems, protect the service, or comply with legal obligations.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if Revclust is misused, if access needs to be restricted for security or legal reasons, or if the relevant service relationship ends.
When access ends, Revclust will handle return, deletion, and offboarding in line with the applicable agreement and our then- current offboarding process.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Revclust is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from the service.
