Company number 16462494. Registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE.

What this policy covers
This policy covers the public Revclust site, the public contact route, workspace sign-in, the Revclust workspace, and support or feedback handled through Revclust.
Information we collect
If you use the public contact path at support@revclust.com, we receive the contact details and message you send us.
If you sign in to Revclust, we process email addresses approved for workspace access, magic-link sign-in and session data, and the access records needed to keep each workspace scoped correctly.
We also process user and admin contact details, people chosen to receive handoff or incident notifications, and support or feedback messages needed to run the service.
Where information comes from
Some workspace user emails, user contacts, and handoff or incident notification recipients are supplied by a user or workspace administrator. We do not always collect that information directly from the individual.
How we use it
We use this information to run Revclust securely, keep access scoped to the right team, respond to contact, support, and feedback messages, and maintain basic operational records for the service.
Our main controller-side lawful basis is legitimate interests. Where you contact us directly about using the service, we may also rely on steps taken at your request before providing the service. We may also process data where needed to meet legal obligations.
Who we share information with
Revclust currently relies on Supabase for authentication, database, and private file storage, Resend for feedback and handoff or incident notification email delivery, and Vercel for hosting and runtime delivery of the site.
We also share information with authorized users and workspace administrators where that is needed to provide the service, route a handoff, or respond to support or feedback.
International transfers
Some providers used to run Revclust may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on contractual transfer safeguards made available for those services, such as standard contractual commitments where applicable, together with the security controls those providers apply to the service.
Customer content and our role
ASTROSCEND LIMITED is the controller for the public site, the public contact path, workspace sign-in and session checks, access records, user contact records, and support or feedback handling.
For incident packs and related handoff content that a workspace team or workspace administrator asks us to host in Revclust, ASTROSCEND LIMITED acts as processor on that team's behalf. The organization using Revclust decides what goes into that content and gives the instructions for handling it.
How long we keep information
We keep public contact, support, and feedback records for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain a support record, and protect the service.
We keep workspace sign-in, access, user contact, and notification records while the service relationship or access arrangement is active, and then review and remove them when they are no longer needed for access, support, security, or legal record-keeping.
Incident-pack content and related handoff data follow the organization instructions and the support or offboarding process then in force. When a workspace relationship ends, we review that content and remove it when it is no longer needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or handle security or dispute issues.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy in portable form.
To make a privacy request, email support@revclust.com. We aim to respond within one month, subject to the complexity of the request.
If your request is about incident content that an organization asked us to host, we may need to work with that team before we can respond.
Contact and complaints
Privacy questions: support@revclust.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handled a privacy issue, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
